About the Author

Glen Watts grew up in the open sun of Southern Alberta in Western Canada. His love for the rich history and sweeping beauty of his home is reflected in his academic and personal life. Glen holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Native American Studies and English Language Arts, fields that have deeply influenced his appreciation for culture and storytelling.

Glen currently works as a Truck Driver, travelling and working in the picturesque landscapes and stunning mountains of British Columbia, Canada. A father of two Blackfoot daughters, he centers his blended family life around teaching them all he can about their dual heritage and embracing their uniqueness. Glen’s journey reflects a blend of academia, family, and professional life, painting a portrait of a man embracing heritage, lifelong learning, and personal exploration.

Glen is also a proficient artist, making cultural regalia for his daughter’s dancing outfits.
